The airport shuttle was a bonus for someone stranded at DFW airport. But the shuttle driver was exceptionally helpful, and how could I know that the room itself had a complete kitchenette, since I paid only $125 total for one night, including taxes? I definitely recommend this facility for helpful staff, awesome room, and reasonable price.

I almost DON'T want to review this little gem of a hotel!! Why? It's phenomenal...and if the secret gets out, the extraordinary pricepoint will go up!! Recently 100% remodeled 8 months ago, it is one of the, if not THE cleanest hotels ever. Room 301, at end of hallway, top floor, was so clean, I thought I was home. Full kitchenette incl. Big frig w/ice maker. Coffee maker (was only missing some creamers). A wonderful bathtub to relax in after a long day of travel. But, the bed! THE most comfortable bed ever...put my head on pillow and whoosh it was time to get up six hours later to get back to airport on their free shuttle. If I ever have an overnight again at DFW THIS is the place to stay. The only negative was having to take a taxi for the 7-minute ride from airport to hotel which, I thought, $35 + $5 tip, was exorbitant. But everything is going up these days. It was better than walking.

The price is decent. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff is very friendly. 10/10 Has very nice kitchen, bathroom. King suite is very spacious. I love this hotel.

The room was very nice, and pretty damn well equipped. The beds were very comfy. The hotel is all renovated and very clean. The gym is great and was still open at 11 pm.

Wonderful staff! I came in late, but was greeted by a very friendly, professional, and helpful staff member, named Darius (I believe). I was very impressed by his commitment to excellence and was thankful to still receive such a friendly greeting so late at night. My room was huge! It gave me plenty of room to repack my suitcases. My bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The room and facility were clean. I was traveling alone in an unfamiliar city, but felt safe in this hotel.

Candlewood was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and professional. The 24 hour shuttle to the airport was unexpected but greatly appreciated since we had an 0630 flight out of DFW Airport. Right after we left on the shuttle, the driver was notified that someone had left a bag in the lobby. It was us and we were able to retrieve it with very little inconvenience to the other passengers. We were really impressed and thankful for the quick reaction of the staff member at Candlewood who took the effort to notify the driver in such a timely manner. Will definitely stay at Candlewood on our next visit to Fort Worth.

The property was well kept both inside of the facility and out. The rooms exceeded my expectations in cleanliness (although I still wiped everything down with disinfectant spray, lol)! The staff were extremely friendly. My arms and hands were completely occupied on my way to the elevator. I was about to shuffle some things around, and a room attendant assisted me by pushing the button. It was a small and quite kind gesture as she could have chosen the alternative and continued straight by me. It's great customer service that will make me think of Candlewood for future stays.

My number one Great Job goes to the night manager on duty 10/9. She was most helpful and pleasant. My wife noted that she was a great fit for her position. Also, the driver of the afternoon shuttle bears mention - his mannerisms, tact, and professionalism made our transfer experience great. I hope the Patel's recognizes and continue to invest in these great assets. The room was well-appointed and comfortable for our short stay. Nice kitchenette. There was not a breakfast- for guests offered.

We stayed here during an overnight layover and it was excellent. Our room was extremely clean and seemed newly renovated or maybe the property is new, they use all Dove products, check-in was seamless, snack area has a nice variety and able to just charge it right to your room, the shuttle was convenient, and outside of one thing, we really have no complaints. Our stay here will encourage us to definitely try the Candlewood suites in other locations that we travel too.

The hotel is very new and the room is well planned with a small kitchen and desk. The bed and linens were super comfy! The 24 hour shuttle was a huge plus since we arrived late. I must complement Edweena, our cheerful front-desk hostess. She made our check-in a truly pleasant experience with her friendly but professional attitude. She saved us too because my reservation was actually on the wrong date. Ten stars!! We’ll be back!!
